Kayla Vespa is a professional hockey player, three-year PWHL veteran, and newly signed member of PWHL Hamilton. A Hamilton native and former NCAA Division I athlete at St. Lawrence University, Kayla has built her career around perseverance, purpose, and a belief in making seemingly impossible goals possible. Beyond hockey, she is passionate about creating opportunities for the next generation of girls in sport through coaching, mentorship, and community involvement. As a speaker, Kayla shares an authentic message about resilience, believing in yourself, navigating adversity, and having the courage to pursue a path that may not yet exist.
